Glucose Tracker ++
Design for 7logic OU
My Role
I led this 3-month app design project with a junior designer, project manager, and an iOS developer.
Research, User Flow, Wireframes and Responsive Design

The Client
7logic OU is a team of dedicated individuals who have spent their careers impacting the Medical Industry in various positive ways. We all recognized that an opportunity existed to improve the way patients manage day-to-day glucose readings.
When the team and I reached out to over 50 patients to ask how they manage and track glucose levels, we were astonished. Individuals ranging in all age groups used conditionally formatted spreadsheets with sticky notes in existing file cabinets.
Why it was a problem
Doctors have a problem holding patients accountable for tracking their glucose levels promptly. They need an application that they can prescribe to their patient that's both viewable by them and the patients—adding a level of accountability to the patient, which in the end, will help doctors make better decisions about their medications.
Every Problem has Solutions
Understanding medical apps and educating patients how the app will make the process much more efficient and easier for tracking glucose levels.

The Goal
Whether you have diabetes or are prediabetic, the app will make it easy to track blood glucose levels and their trends. The aim is to design an app built for monitoring blood sugar, A1C, and medications. With the ability to schedule reminders to ensure users diligently check their blood sugar. The app will support glucose units in both mg/dl and mmol/L and feature an advanced graph to identify trends in glucose levels quickly.

It’s always hard to pitch something too complex
